“I keep getting emails asking me to review this ring and I’d love to, but I never got it. Ordered 8/3/23, told it would ship in 4-6 days and it still hasn’t shipped as of 8/18/23. Have reached out to customer service 2 times (both more than 24 hours from each other to account for their 24 hour response time) and have not heard back. Tried again today. Maybe someone will get back to me. I’ve ordered a ton from Pura Vida before a few years ago and everything was wonderful, arrived on time, good quality product. But now nothing. I wonder what changed.”
“The design is super cute, it is a small sunflower that sits on a silver band. We got it for my daughter who loves sunflowers. She loves the smoothness of the silver. She says it slips on easily and stays on her finger without sliding. She wears a size 5 ring and it fits her pointer, middle and ring fingers. She’s petite, and 11 years old.
