“Purchased the dayside set, necklace, bracelet and earrings and the earrings were bended, when l tried to unbend one of the earrings broke. I send an email explaining what happened and was told that the earrings where made of this particular metal that was easy to unbend and hard unlike break. I was told to send a picture. I honestly have no reason to lie. I‚Äôve purchased pura vida for years and never had a complain. I trow away the earrings and did not took a picture. I guess is my lost. I will not purchased PV again.”
