“This was the first time ordering from here and when we received our order 1/2 was missing. They said they would send out the rest of the order as soon as I sent a picture of what we received. I sent the pictures told what we didn‚Äôt receive and they said they would get it shipped. Days later no bracelets, then come to find out they are not available. We were told to choose new bracelets in their place, she did and we were told she could not order those because they were nonprofit bracelets to choose something else. She did not get what she really wanted but just something to take the place of the original order. The mystery box we were suppose to receive had nothing in it. It was empty,!so basically we got an empt box????We were very disappointed and probably won‚Äôt order from Puravida again.”
