“I love the ring, it’s so cute. When I first got my ring, it was already falling apart so I emailed them & they were very kind and helpful. They shipped me a new one quickly. I will say you really have to be careful with it so the strings don’t come apart. I take off the ring before I touch any water in general so it doesn’t pill. I’d recommend it but it definitely isn’t a long term ring.”
