“The ring is super cute and functions well. However, after paying for shipping up front Pura Vida didn’t ship it correctly and I had to go to the post office and pay even more in shipping ($8 total for 1 ring). I emailed customer support and was told it is what it is. Such a bummer because I would’ve loved to order other products, but the experience was less than ideal.”
