“I purchased two charm bracelets and 4 charms for my daughters. 2 of the 4 charms broke within the first day of wearing. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me replacement charms. One of the charms that broke was the cherries charm and that was out of stock for a replacement so I chose this "C" charm and it has lasted several wears. Customer service was pleasant and easy to work with.”
