“It is a beautiful sweater. I like the fabric and the color. It just did not look good on me. I found the collar to be uncomfortable. It kept hitting my chin. The fit was loose and long. I think this sweater would look better on taller women. I am 5 ft 3 inches. It made me look short and fat. I think I probably look better in shorter and more fitted sweaters. The return process was a bit frustrating. A return label was not included with the package. We are supposed to go online and ask for a label. Then you get an automated message that you will be sent a label. The label never arrived in my inbox or the spam box. I had to write to customer service and ask for the label. Also, you only have 30 days from the day of purchase to return the item. First, 30 days is not enough time. But if they insist on not giving more time, it should be 30 days from the day of receipt, not the day of purchase. And, they should add an additional 5 days for mailing, IMO. Because of the difficulty in returning this product, and the short time limits to return, I probably will not shop with this company again.”
