Great packaging. Love the blue bottle. The label is eye catching. The drops are very bitter so you definitely need to take with meals. I missed this the first time and had the drops in water which left a metallic taste in my mouth. Some people may prefer taking Zinc tablets.

These drops taste suuuper gross. I've tried taking them in so many ways - a drop on the tongue, under the tongue, in water, in juice, with food. Just not into it. I've heard that zinc is really good for you but I'd rather take a tablet to be honest.

I am a big fan of taking zinc, particularly in the winter months to help with immunity. This was my first time taking a liquid product. Directions said "Take 10 drops daily with meals", which I take to mean that food should be eaten at the same time to minimise any digestive upset. I squeezed 10 drops directly on to my tongue. What a mistake that was! It was intensely bitter, totally unpalatable, and it took a long time for the bitterness to leave my mouth even after sipping water. I looked online and found directions for other liquid zinc brands that said to mix into a glass of water. I tried this, and it was MUCH more palatable. I think this product would be a good option for people who struggle to take tablets, but I'll stick with tablets myself.
