“A good winter supplement as its hard to get enough vitamin D during the dreary winter months. Prior to this I had no idea there was even a legitimate vitamin K (that doesn't have party connotations). The capsules are quite small and narrow so easy to take. And no powdery residue on them to give everything a bitter aftertaste.”
