Hi Gillian, thank you for your feedback, we appreciate all feedback. We are sorry to hear you struggled with the taste of our Superblend, we would have loved if you had made contact with us so we could discuss your concerns and guide you through ways to drink the Superblend. The Superblend is meant to be diluted to suit your taste, so can be taken in as much water as needed, in around 500-600 mls of water the Superblend virtually has no taste. You can also drink it in juice, kombucha, flavoured water and smoothies so lots of ways to take the Superblend. The thickness also reduces the more fluid added, we do comment on the product page of our Superblend about how our blend thickens slightly when water is added, this is actually the action that gives many of the benefits, once the Superblend is in your stomach it sits against the stomach wall and expands, filling the space and making you feel as though you have eaten. This does take a week or so to take effect.
