Am wondering if i could call by next time i want an item. You're located inDovedale which is very close to where i live.
I regularly get items delivered by courier from a chemist in Nelson & its delivered overnight.
I feel you must be able to do better in this department.

Thanks Alistair for your feedback and we do apologise for the delay. We agree we need to improve. Great idea to give us a call and we can advise you if there is going to be any delay in the future. We do try and turn orders around within 24 hours, and RD addresses do take a couple of days (even though we are in the same area)! Thanks again
