“This is my first VPN and I'm rather impressed. The quality of design is very high, and the app is simple to use. Ok speeds as I don't really notice the difference compared with my usual broadband router. However, Pyramid isn't 100% perfect and twice since I have bought it I have had to reconnect. Overall, it's worth the money.”
“Interesting product. Set it up at home to see if I could work it and had my iPhone, iPad and Mac running off of it. The setup wasn't hard despite being light on instructions. When I went on holiday setup was ok, but the WiFi dropped occassionally which might be something to do with the hotel WiFi. It was nice coming back from the beach and having all my devices connect automatically without having to jump through hoops. Works overall pretty well.”
“Works great and I love the idea behind this product. I set it up and it boosted my wifi signal right out of the box. It has a very simple GUI and has more than enough features for 99% of people (although I do look forward to what will be added in future firmware updates). I got it set up (easily), took around 3 minutes in total and seems to work well. Seems very flexible.”
“Got this router and set up in about 10 mins. Not much hassle at all, a lot slower than BT normally is but good signal and works well with Roku and two firesticks and my laptop. You end up with two wifi signals from your broadband and Pyramid so can choose which one to connect. Don't need a regular VPN anymore so a very good product.”
“I purchased this product based on the recommendation of a colleague, I also got the 1 year subscription. Setup is easy, no restricted websites, speed is good in most areas of my home. It works on my MAG box, I've had it drop connection twice in a week or so but its not a major deal to reconnect. The VPN package is impressive, a lot of servers and supports Netflix. There is a hit on internet speed but not too slow.”
“Good budget product. Wifi performance is much better than I expected for a unit of this size, encryption speeds are reasonable. I mainly just want it for Netflix and blocked websites and it was perfect for this application.”
