“Not perfect, but I don't regret this purchase. It has a nice UX for setting up and switching settings, and most of the time it just does it thing in the background. I think there are a couple improvements that could be made namely that when switching network in a coffee shop it takes a couple of minutes so I think this could be faster. I'd also like a native app rather than the current web app which customer support said is coming soon. Very good for the price.”
“It's an interesting product. I set it up at home and got it to work with my iPhone, tablet and Mac running off it. Setup was simple enough, had to set it up again when travelling but only takes about 5 minutes. It's not perfect but it works well about 95% of the time.”
“I think that Pyramid WiFi is fantastic! I did need to get my son to help me set up, but after that I've enjoyed it. I've been able to use it on my Smart TV and watch films on my ipad with filesharing. Thoroughly recommend it.”

The setup is very straight forward (the emoji SSID is cool) and the interface is simple, took me a moment to realise that the middle LED on the device shows if VPN is on or off, the information is a bit minimalist so maybe the packaging could make that clearer. It works with all my devices at the same time and worked ok most of the time in China.”

“Latest update made it a lot more stable, now only have issues very rarely and customer support is always solid. Very close to being 5 stars and look forward to continued improvements. Really great idea and execution is good also.”
