“The product was good the service was terrible. It took a month to receive the order. Apparently. the product was back-ordered which is understandable. The issue was that Qi did not inform me. I contacted them repeatedly and I either received no response or a response that "the issue was referred to a supervisor" with no explanation.”

“I have been using Qi for a number of years for various products. This review pertains to only a recent order of the Lung peptides. I had to wait approx. 3 months to receive them and send repeated emails to customer service. They were back ordered, but I was not proactively communicated with by Qi. I'm guessing the pandemic has put a strain on the Lung peptide availability (?). Still, a little frustrating. However that being said, my prior experiences have been excellent, and their products have helped me heal a great deal. I would highly recommend.”

How did you like it?

Any Comments on the products? The jury is still out. Of course I want it to work.

“In honesty, the jury is still out. Thus far, the only thing that I have noticed is a help in my joint pain. As far as Bio Film I am curious as to whether or not this has changed for me as a Pathologist performed bloodwork for me and found Biofilm in my blood. So I would have to redo blood work to know. My current testimony is that I do feel that my joint pain is a little less. Depending on once I complete my order, I can come back and update the 3 star review. I'm not 100% sold yet.”

“I understand that covid has caused many problems with businesses. However when your customer support lies time and time again it is not acceptable. She would say oh the nano silver has just arrived and is being stocked we will have your order shipped by thursday the latest, week after week. When I said just be truthful do you have it in stock right now, her response was yes, we will ship on saturday! I said really, for real? She said if we dont ship or do ship someone will call you saturday. I never recieved a call. I was told every week in Jan&Feb. I finally recieved it last week, I ordered in November 2021. When it came was not a nasal spray, it was pump for mouth.”

“I purchased a product and paid the extra to have it shipped faster as I was excited to try the product. After a while with no word or delivery from the company I called customer service to see what was going on. When I got InTouch with customer service I was told the product was on back order and there was no date as to when it would be in stock. Now I get stuff being on back order but the company gave no update and also was happy to take the extra in shipping costs.”
