“I received a tube of cream that had a damaged seam in tube where product is seeping out and pushes out as the product is used it spills out even more, from the pressure of dispensing the cream. I requested a replacement, which is reasonable for a $200.00 purchase. The tube feels like the bottom will tear more as we use it and it causes drying out of the product. I contacted customer service, they requested pictures, which I immediately sent. They responded to need 48 hours to assess their decision! Seriously???”

“smaller and much different looking extremely small bottle without clear instructions only a little saying 3 days, not even if that’s out of a week or a month and if you only use that large for small amount of liquid only three days only together or out of a weeks a month on a SCHEDULE, now my expriences and money has been wasted did not work and I had no where of reaching to talk of refunds, no qisupplements support or no chat box support no customer supports on bottom of screens, just no way to reach, bad experience bad website bad product instructions, good ingredients though would like a refund for the waste of time and unclear paths, ruined bottle.”

“It is not helping me. My body does not make enough melantonin after I was exposted to EMF from a near- by cell tower etc. It was worth a try yet it did not help m!”

Any Comments on the products? I ish it worked

“I started taking this twice a day but nothing. I m now taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night before bed, I'm hopeful. I will write again if I get better results in the near future or by the time I finish this bottle”

“Disappointmented by the lack of QA of product shipment to my clientele and even myself. I want to use QI in the future, but cannot afford the cost, time and reputation-impact to my business. I am still waiting on my Thyroid Supp, which I saw was released from the warehouse on this past Monday for a client I ordered it for, even though I am still waiting on the same product. Disappointed is the best word I can use now to describe my review point of view. I hope quality assurance in shipping improves, but I have solicited my nearest pharmacist to have on-hand, as I can no long jeopardize time managing the mismanagement of product shipment from QI-Supp.”

“This is two times I have ordered a 19 and it’s three weeks to a month out. I’ve also ordered a nine and it is also three weeks out. This is not looking good.”
