“I have used QI Macros for the past 15 or so years at 4 separate organizations. I find the Excel add-in to be extremely intuitive and simple to use, but also jam-packed with tools. I expecially appreciate that QI Macros can be used by a wide variety of users with various levels of familiarity with statistics, lean, six sigma, etc. Beginner users can still get useful and impressive outputs with minimal training and using the various wizards available. More advanced users can use an impressive array of additional tools to dig in even further and customize to various use cases. As a six sigma black belt, I am able to do a lot of these analyses and charts from calculations, but why bother when QI Macros can funtion as an excellent shortcut and provide reliable results! I think my experience of bringing QI Macros with me to each new organization speaks for itself. The product is very reasonably priced, comes with a tip sheet for you to give to the IT security folks, does not require any coding knowledge, and is an add-on to Excel, which every company already uses, so there are very low barriers to entry. The website provides easy-to-understand posts and videos about most topics, as well. Highly recommend for any user who works in the process improvement space.”
