“This is the only form of zinc that I have found will be absorbed by my body. All other forms of tablets or other liquid formulations just don't work for me. The effects of this zinc sulfate heptahydrate for me are no more cold sores or mouth ulcers, less common colds and better exercise recovery. I think it's a great product. That said, I think it's WAY overpriced. There's just no way (at least in my mind) that its price is justified. However, until a cheaper competitor comes along, I guess I'll stick with Quantum.”
