“I bought this with all hopes that I would like it but the taste is not pleasant not palatable. As for effectiveness it’s such a tiny bottle that there wasn’t enough time seeing that I take 10,000 Iu a day, one of these tiny bottles only served me a few days. Perhaps if it came in a larger size and the taste was improved I would be able to judge more clearly as to it’s effectiveness.”
