“Maybe my expectation were too high, however have not felt difference. I tried Slow Fe iron supplement which gave me negative reaction, so this is better alternative. Shall see what my next iron test shows. I’m not anemic, however iron reading very low, and have trouble staying warm & skin eczema etc, so was hoping that would be helped, but not so far.”
