The yacht was a perfect size. With 32 passengers, it never felt tight or crowded but small enough that we could get to know everyone. Our room was larger than some hotel rooms that I have stayed in. The tremendous water pressure and quantity of hot water were something I didn't expect but very much appreciated.

The cabins were very good with all amenities you would expect in a hotel. If you left the room for more than an hour they would be in and tidying up.

The ship itself was perfect for what it is used for it. It is NOT a luxurious cruise. This is a water safari. There was plenty of space in each cabin and there was space for all 32 guests to either eat inside or outside. Additionally, there was a lounge/bar that held us all, a lecture room/screen for nightly briefing and a foredeck that was doubled as a lounging/sunning area (small hot tub) and a staging area for snorkeling. The rooms were more than spacious enough with good water pressure in the showers. The staff were very friendly and helpful but remember this is a trip to see the animals not to lounge.

The trip was excellent from beginning to end. the guides made sure that we saw all the wildlife that we came to see. The crew was excellent and made sure that everything on the ship was first rate. also, the meals could not have been better. Well prepared, a good variety and healthy. This was a trip I was somewhat skeptical about going on...it exceeded my greatest expectations.

Thank you so much Captain, crew, naturalists, doctor, other guests and my family for the most wonderful voyage in the Galapagos Islands Paradise. I have never been so well looked after in my life and wonderful to return to the Islands with my ten-year-old grandsons. Everything was perfect - the food, the boat, the pangas - helping me in and out - my cabin and the walks on the islands. I was so delighted that on land and at sea the wildlife is thriving. There is still hope in the world and for my grandsons' futures. I would recommend the Evolution to anyone especially as I am not terribly mobile so did not participate in the scuba-time but did enjoy sitting on the upper deck with a cold drink and watching the peace and serenity around me. Thank you!
