The Evolution is both comfortable and beautiful. It brings a classic expedition feel with all of the modern comforts.

The Yacht was wonderful there are a lot of common areas to relax and hang out, our room was quite spacious we had a king size bed and the bathroom was also good sized. All the staff on the boat were amazing and friendly. The naturalist's Bola, Christina and Lola were so knowledgeable and friendly. We did so many amazing hikes and snorkels and then it was wonderful to come back to the boat and hang out in the hot tub get a drink from Ceasar at the bar and get ready for a delicious dinner.

We just completed the 8 day Galapagos tour aboard the M/V Evolution. Our itinerary was the "Steps of Pirates" and was a great choice as it took us to Fernandina, Isabella and Espanola among other islands. We logged over 400 miles as the ship travelled mostly at night. Every day included activities that exposed us to natural and geologic wonders both in the water and on land. The ship is very well appointed and easily accommodates 32 passengers. The crew and naturalist guides (3) are all top notch. There was even a doctor and small infirmary on board. If you are planning on a Galapagos trip, you won't go wrong with Quasar and the M/V Evolution

See above...but I’ll add the wonder of entering the jacuzzi after a satisfying snorkel, the spontaneity of a dance party one evening, the kindness of the crew and the congeniality of all the clients despite political leanings made this trip more than worthwhile.

The M/S Evolution was perfect for me in terms of it size. The boat is not too small and not too large. The boat's size also makes it very agile and flexible, which allowed us to spend a lot of time with the stunning animals of the Galapagos and allowed us to sail into areas the big cruise ships can access.

Hello Tom, We thank you for exploring the Galapagos Islands with Quasar and we appreciate your review and feedback. We are very happy to hear that you had a good time on your adventure and that you appreciated the service and dedication of our crew. We agree that they are the best! Our goal is for all our Guests to have a first-rate experience in every aspect of their journey, so we are sorry to learn that the food did not meet your expectations. During the time of Covid we have had to adjust to factors including the ability of crew members to quarantine prior to departure as well as finding alternative crew members to replace those afflicted by Covid. These personal challenges, in part, account for your dinning experience, for which we apologize. We are diligently working to address this situation, with the very good news that our crew began getting vaccinated last week, as we rehire the stellar team of chefs and restaurant staff from before the pandemic. Quasar typically receives very high marks for its dining service and Karen Armstrong, who recently traveled with us commented that the, “food was excellent- I think you would have a market for a cookbook. I would love to recreate some of the recipes we had.” We will continue to work tirelessly in order to further elevate the culinary experience onboard our yachts and insure our usual high standards. Sincerely, ~ The Quasar Customer Service Team
