“Crew was amazing. Boat was beautiful, food was spectacular. The trip was truly 5 stars. Well done! Only recommendation would be for a new TV and interface for the crew in the Lounge. Also, Internet options on the boat were expensive and seemed antiquated. I would think for the price point Internet should be included. However, checking out is nice as well. Thanks Crew and Grace.”

We also greatly value your constructive feedback. Rest assured, your suggestion regarding the TV and interface in the Lounge has been noted and forwarded to our quality control team for review. We continually strive to enhance our guests' experience in every aspect, and your input is instrumental in this process. Furthermore, we're excited to announce that we've recently upgraded the onboard internet to Starlink's Maritime internet service on all our Galapagos yachts. This has greatly improve internet download and upload speeds. Also, starting from January 1, 2024, this high-speed internet service will be included in the price of all our cruises, ensuring a more connected experience for our guests.
