We are very sorry to hear that you have had a problem with one of our products. This isn't our usual standard that is why all QUICKPLAY Sport products come with a 2 year parts warranty, so we can happily send any necessary replacement parts.
If possible, please can you reply to this message with pictures of the fault so that we can correctly identify the right replacement part or product to send to you. As soon as we receive these, we can arrange for a new part to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Could you provide your order number also please?
