“The 1st time I set up the canopy I noticed a spot where the zipper for about 3 inches had not been stitched to the material. There was also 1 blemish spot. The bag had a slight spot from the shipping I believe. I text Quictent and let them know the slight issues I had found when setting the canopy the first time. They needed to see the pictures so I sent them and explained which pieces I needed and corresponding once more within a week I had my replacement parts and everything was good. I was very happy with the service I received from Pearl. She was a great help. I love the canopy and the great service too.”

“It took lots of research to find the perfect tent - I wanted beautiful, quality & most importantly easy set up and walah!! Quictent was a perfect match. I needed this tent for my craft shows so having a nice strong and sturdy tent was very important. From the moment I checked out I had an amazing person named Jenna reach out to me. All my questions were answered quickly. She was an angel every step of the way and followed up with me. My tent arrived within 5 days. Shipping was free and I had the best customer service. Everything was a breeze from the get go, my tent does have side walls but I haven’t used it yet. But will update with more pics. If your looking for a tent look no more. Just buy from Quictent. They stand by their products %. Fast forwarding my bag accidentally got ripped where the handle part was during transportation while packing for a show and I was so sad so I reached out to Jenna and within a few days I received a new one. No extra charge. Talk about Customer Service. Jenna and her team members pulled through so quickly. I can’t say enough good things about how impressed I was with Quictent products to customer service. Top quality top service top notch. Satisfaction guaranteed. I didn’t get paid to say this, just got a discount from their sale. Since I’m a smart shopper I want the best value and best price. Lol. “Great product. Sturdy frame and I love that the canopy and walls do not allow water in. Quictents is by far the best product and I have tried several. My first purchase was an 8x8. Then I chose a 10x10. The customer service is awesome!!!”

“We purchased the 10x20 tent for outdoor gatherings. It is super simple to set up. While setting it up a nice gust of wind came and broke an arm on the tent frame. Customer service rep Milka was super helpful and sent out a replacement ASAP. She in touch w me through the process and very professional. I’d buy another tent without hesitation.”
