“I bought the 10x10 frame as well as both the privacy walls and screen. I worked extensively with Quictent customer service and found them extremely helpful. After receiving both the privacy walls and screen I tested them and found them to be exactly what I needed. The only hiccup is that the screen walls must be used with the screen top as it has velcro which connects the screen to the top. However you can use the privacy walls with either top. The zippers seem durable, and the fabric itself also seems durable. I like that the privacy walls have a second layer of fabric on the inside, when I used a small space heater inside the tent the walls did a decent job of holding in the heat. All in all I liked this product more than the EZ-Up I was comparing it to, and their customer service was excellent.”

“The product is wonderful for use outdoor in this Pandemic period. However, the top was damaged v quickly after setup. I emailed Customer Service and got a quick response w/ a replacement. They sent the sides instead and I emailed again. They quickly sent the top and I have since recommended to my friends (they have since bought two). V happy w/ the product & service! Highly recommended!”
