“have not set it up yet, the one i bought earlier was a great deal. put it up to keep the rain off me and electric tools, worked so well, I bought another walled one for my grandson when he is racing on the dirt track. (motor cross) so mom and granddaughter have shade and dryness when out in the weather. It is easy to put up, a lot of room for the 3 or more people. thank you for the great deal ! be safe have a good day.... earl duncan”

“I purchased a Quictent on 07/16/2020 from Amazon and received it within a week. The tent was easy to assemble and looked great on our brand new deck. On 08/07/2020, we experienced a severe thunder storm with very high winds that bent and snapped a number of parts of the frame (the canopy was unscathed). I emailed Quictent and asked about purchasing replacement parts for the frame. Milka from Quictent Support quickly responded with a parts list and advised me to identify the parts that I needed. When I replied to Milka that I needed 14 replacement parts, she responded that she had arranged to send me a whole new frame at no charge and to save the unbroken parts from the old frame for spare parts. True to her word, I received a whole new frame within 10 days, with no bill attached! Quictent did not have to replace the frame as the damage was caused by an act of God and in no way, was Quictent at fault. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. Their Quictent product, their customer service and their employee Milka are all outstanding and I highly recommend the company and their products.”
