“Received Quictent as described online in perfect condition and arrived very quickly. Setup was easy, keeps flying insects out as long as you zip the full length zipper completely closed. Zipper cannot be unzipped with one hand so when hands are full you must set down items, unzip, get items inside and set down, close zipper before insects get in. Crawling bugs (lizard one day) get in because the screen surround just sets on ground and they just crawl under so using for overnight we still needed to setup tent inside. Overall very happy with usefulness and quality.”

“I bought this pop up to use on my patio during bug season and also to use at art fairs. Relatively easy to set up, though the bug screen is a little work the first time out. Unfortunately, not long after I bought it it was caught in a sudden downpour--a lot of water fell in a very short amount of time. I had time to lower it but not take it down completely. Quite a bit of water pooled on the roof in the one corner and when I went to get it off I found that two of the cross bar metal pieces had broken from the stress. So take the warning seriously about not leaving it up in the rain! I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase replacement parts, since I knew it was my own fault that they had broken as the instructions about rain were pretty clear. They got back to me very quickly with follow up questions and asked me to send pictures. When I didn't do that right away they followed up again to make sure that everything was still good. I sent the photos and they sent me the two replacements at no charge. So I can't say enough good things about the customer service here. I am glad that I ordered from Quictent as I'm sure some other vendors might not have been as responsive to my issues. I would definitely order from them again. But don't leave it up in the rain!”

“we bought the 6.5 by 6.5 for the tail gate of our toy hauler RV trailer to screen in and shade. Great value and looks like it was made for it. The compactness makes it easy to bring along, set up is very easy. Their customer service was outstanding when I needed a part ( that I broke). And it fits into a very nice storage bag with wheels and hand straps. Great product, great service.”
