“The tent is very sturdy but, our custodians left it out in 60 mile an hour winds which bent a couple of parts. I emailed the company and asked if we could purchase the parts. Instead of purchasing the bent parts, Milka in customer service sent us another tent free of charge. Excellent customer service and excellent company. I would refer everyone to this company!”

“I would say that this tent is a great product. I had a small malfunction and we're able to send out a replacement with no problems. Even during this pandemic, the customer service was great. They stayed in contact with me the entire time. I highly recommend this product and service. I would like to tell them thank you.”

“I bought the tent from Quictents set it up and it was really nice. After a heavy rain and wind parts of the tent collapsed I called the company about the problem letting them know which parts were damaged. Glen, their service rep answered quickly to my email stating what parts needed to be replaced. I gave him the parts that needed to be replaced and he shipped them out quickly. Subsequently I noticed other parts would damaged and let him know and again he ship them out to me quickly. No hassle quick response and friendly response. I think their customer service department did an excellent job”
