“We love this tent. We use it to host outdoor parties (especially useful during COVID-19 pandemic) and it makes our patio look so elegant and classy. Our neighbors love it too! It is easy to set up and very compact to store. Customer service is excellent. While it is a very well made product, I accidently damaged a couple of struts trying to take it down in high winds (foolish error on my part). Requested replacement struts and customer representative Cicely was extremely responsive. I had my replacement struts very quickly! A fantastic company and experience. Highly recommend.”

“I had recently purchased one of the 10x20 easy up canopy’s. After having for 6 months Mother Nature decided to give us some winds for one day and the wind has ripped up and bent frame. I emailed company and with a quick response they had me send pics. I needed the canopy material and the frame I was gonna try to save. Not only did they send me the canopy material but they sent me a whole brand new easy up. I highly recommend this company and there professionalism. They stand by there warranty with no hassles or problems. Thank you for be a true company and going above and beyond expectations.”

“We had broken pieces of the tent and then a storm came through before we could take down. I contacted customer service. They immediately returned my email and I had a new tent frame within the week. The tent is fabulous! I am extremely impressed with this company. Thank you!”
