“WOW! Best customer service I’ve ever experience. Shortly after putting my canopy together a gust of wind just blew it over and damaged the top and a few poles. I contacted the company and they responded the next day. Very present person. Within two days they shipped my new parts at no charge and no shipping charges. Great service. I would advise you to scrap it down as it is light weight and the wind can take it quite easily.”

“I bought this off Amazon and it came quicker than expected. This is VERY light weight and the tubing in very thin!! But, for such an affordable price, it is a good deal. The tent was easy to install by myself, took less than an hour. I secured the tent to my driveway using concrete screws and it has already been through two storms without moving. I was missing a pole base with this order but I emailed Quictent support and Milka sent me 2 new bases in less than a week. Very responsive support and surprisingly nice car shade for the price.”

“It’s easy to set up, and they even sent me a free pole replacement when one of the poles accidentally bent during setup. It’s a nice temporary carport to keep your car under.”
