“I will start off by saying that Quictent is the best company that I’ve had the pleasure doing business with, hands down! From shipping speed (which was fantastic) too customer service! The moment I placed my multiple orders I was took care of. Over the past year I’ve had a couple of mishaps with my carports, but Quictent customer support was just an email away! “Multiple 20x10 Carports were purchased to provide shade outside of several clinics for patients to maintain social distancing. I've had to request help twice from Customer Service and both times they were very responsive and solved the problems. Once to replace a post kicked and bent - was not charged. Another to replace the canopy after it was stolen - paid a reasonable amount for it. The after purchase customer service is not something that is always present anymore and this company has it in spades. I'll be buying from them again.”

“I needed to replace a few pipes I had intentionally cut inorder to make the canopy shorter. It turned out that I did not use the canopy for that application. I requested that they provide a price and I would purchase them. They provided the pipes free of charge, who does that today? They are excellent to work with and they have a great canopy! My thanks to them again!”

“Great customer service. Quick to respond to inquiries about replacement parts and warranty issues. When I asked if a patch kit was available for my canopy, they sent a new canopy free of charge. When I requested warrantee replacement ball-bungees they arrived within 5 days. Can't ask for anything more.”

“We bought the canopy to keep our saws out of the weather while building homes here in the rainy pacific northwest. Wasn’t even a week old and I backed my truck into one of the support poles and bent it. I emailed Quictent and told them I had bent a pole. Without any hesitation my representative Green had a new pole shipped to my house. Green even followed up and made sure I received the new pole. All without any extra cost to me! I am really pleased with the experience and level of customer service!”
