“My order was missing 2 ratchet clamps and the webbing had gone inside the tarp. I contacted customer service and they sent me the missing parts and a new top cover. I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but it's a steel frame with a heavy tarp cover. It wasn't difficult to put together, but the instructions could be a little better.”
