When hurricane Zeta destroyed my Quictent cover (skin) I contacted their customer service department to see if they would sell me a replacement. The greenhouse was in good condition, but not much use without the cover. To my amazement they actually shipped me a new cover at no charge. Amazing customer service... well beyond expectation. BTW If you are looking for a portable greenhouse, Quictent not only has great customer service, they also sell the best product for the price I could find. My customer service rep was Milka, and definitely went beyond to help me!

We received the tent with a very slight flaw/tear in the top area where it rests on the pipe. Milka from customer service was very attentive and the replacement cover was delivered by FedEx in less than a week. Great greenhouse. Even better customer service and piece of mind knowing this company will take care of you.

I can see why there are no less than 5 stars. Model GM1302 comes with very easy to follow instructions, and can be set up by one person. All of the connections are detent button push together with minimal pressure, so no tools are needed. The plastic cover goes on very smooth as there are no sharp/rough edges on the out side of the frame. I found it easiest to lay out the cover beside the frame then throw 2 ropes over the frame and secure the ends to the plastic of the cover, and one side to the other pull the rope carefully tying off to the frame so that the cover doesn't slide back off while adjusting the cover from the inside. 2 entry points with a vent in each, and 2 more vents on each side allow for excess heat and humidity to be removed. The zippers for the doors are very heavy duty, and slide very easily. The vent openings are sealed with hook and loop, and can be kept open by way of hook and loop also. So far, everything is perfect except for the stakes... they are pretty wimpy, but again everything else is spot on perfect. I live in Colorado and the winds can be, for lack of a better word, unpredictable. The wind did happen, and it was ugly, 70+ mph (112+ kph). The frame bent in several places, and when I contacted customers er support via email I was asked for pictures, of the bent parts, and how many of each that was damaged. Less than a week later and new parts were delivered to my doorstep. tl;dr Buy this greenhouse it is amazing, but upgrade the stakes.

Easy to assemble - less than an hour. Put the angled part of the frame together first; move to the location; add the uprights one side at a time. Most of the assembly time was spent putting on the canopy - important to get it right. Hint, unzipping both doors helps with canopy installation. Chipped paint on one of the uprights. Overall, pleased.
