“I don’t usually write reviews,, however I am today ,, just in case anyone is questioning themselves about purchasing this greenhouse... Ok so the greenhouse it’s self is made pretty well ,, and I say pretty well because the greenhouse itself has some room for improvement,, however if you do your research and find your own ways to make it more sturdy and such you will have a beautiful space that you will end up loving ... yes I learned this the hard way ,, and ended up with a few faulty parts ... which now leads me to costumer service .... That is the best part ,,, This company has absolutely the very best costumer service .... they are very prompt on replying to my emails ,, they are absolutely the friendliest people to work with and they done everything possible to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase... as well as understanding the issues I had and very quickly fixing them .... I could not of asked for a better company to deal with ... so please if you are thinking of purchasing this greenhouse ,, I say do so ,, but with that again do your research,, but rest a sure that if any problems come up ,, this company is only an email away to helping fix the issue ...”

“This little greenhouse arrived super quick went up easily. We had a bit of an issue with a few seams coming apart, but after contacting Quictent, Customer Service Representative Milka provided exceptional service by replacing the entire tent portion - with no cost to us and no drama. Finally!!! a company that provides excellent customer service. I have already recommended this company to my friends and family. Thank you Milka! and Thank you Quictent!”

“I purchased a 20x10x6.8 (it's not exactly 7'). When I put it together the seems did not correctly match up so I contacted Customer Service where Cicely immediately sent me a replacement. I was very happy to have a replacement with little hasle. The Greenhouse is now functional and I am very happy with my purchase. I have recommended this Greenhouse to over a dozen people, who have,in turn, also purchased one. Thank you, -A.J.”

“We recently purchased the 20x10x7 Greenhouse. Arrived very Quickly, set up was very well described in the instructions, and went together easily. We used it to grow our tomatoes in and they were the best we have had. This Product worked great for us. I want to Thank the Great Costumer Service Rep: GREEN, at QUICTENT They helped me with a minor problem. Problem was resolved very quickly and very pleased. Very happy they stand by their products. Would HIGHLY recommend this product to anybody! Again thanks to a Great Company and Great Costumer Service.”

“Great cover. Maybe fit is off due to my backyard being slanted. Easy put up. I made a mistake with some amd it was easily fixable after I reviewed the directions again. This baby holds most of my rare tropical collection. With over 30 small dwarf cavendish banana plants. I love this, and might get another.”

“I recently purchased the 10x20x7. Came faster then expected:) setup was good but before putting the cover on it I realized it wasn’t y’all enough. So I contacted the sales/customer service to find out if I could buy another set of bottom poles and cross bars. To my surprise they replied to my inquiry and sent out everything I asked/needed at $0.00 cost! And once again arrived quickly. Adding the poles and getting the height I needed was a snap. I did use straps as cross bracing and anchors to the ground. This greenhouse is going nowhere. Planning on getting some plastic and a grommets tool to make up the gap to the ground. I am very happy and extremely thankful to buy from such an amazing company. I’m referring them to everyone I know that needs any type of greenhouse or coverings and I’m a customer for life! Thanks very much “Green”.”

“We received the greenhouse quickly. It is the easiest assembly I have ever done with a greenhouse. We are able to go in and out easily. The windows and door screens make for easy air flow. We added a shade tarp for the summer, which cooled things down. Living in the south we put two space heaters in during the winter and had no issue with freezing in the green house. After 2 years we are having to replace it because of torn screens.”
