“I am extremely happy with Quictent customer service. My greenhouse zipper came apart after just two weeks. I called and they happily replaced the whole cover at no charge. The new cover was shipped and I received in just a few days. I would definitely purchase from them again. Very happy they stand by their products!!. The greenhouse is a good value for the money.”

“I set the greenhouse up a couple weeks ago but did not get it tied down well enough. The wind blew it over my 6' fence and damaged some of the frame. I contacted Quictents customer support. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lan. I gave Lan the number and quantity of replacement parts I needed. They were shipped the next day and I was emailed the order tracking number. The parts I needed showed up a few days later. I will be back in business this weekend. A big thank you to Quictents and Lan for the great customer service!”

“Was easy to put up by myself. Everything fit together well. It is always windy where I live so tied it down with 10" corkscrews and straps. Greenhouse is working well and would buy from Quictents again.”
