“I ordered the 20 x 10 x 6’3 greenhouse. I built my beds shorter to accommodate any discrepancies in width and length. Well the length was 19’3” and the width was 9’4”. When I reached out to them they gave me the run around and offered $10 off. I asked that they make it right and just send me the next size up. Then they wasted another week of my time and offered $30 off. I continued to ask the to please just send me the next size up. End result: I had to cut my beds back 18” to make sure there was extra space and wing it on the width. They credited me $50 but that didn’t even cover the materials I had to use to make it work. If you have to go with these guys I would get the tent first then build the beds. Also some of the Velcro straps where attached in the wrong spot and a few where poorly attached and coming off. Their quality has gone down hill and I would suggest shopping around. I know that all my future greenhouse needs will be fulfilled else where.”
