Not only is this sturdy and easy to use protection for my motorcycle the customer service is excellent. The Quictent motorcycle shelter is an ingenious retractable clamshell shelter. You simply lift up the entrance and the concertina style frame elements fall back to reveal a generous, obstacle free opening ready to roll the bike in. Once the bike is in the shelter its a simple matter of pulling the frame back over the top of the bike and let gravity do the rest . The waterproof material is heavy duty and has proved itself genuinely deluge proof. The frame can be bolted to the ground. Instead, I put 75lbs of sand bags borrowed from a pop up 10x10 on the bottom legs of the Quictent and it has coped with 30 mph winds no problem. My motorcycle is kept free of pollen, leaves and dust as well as rain. One of the metal frame tubes was damaged in transit. Green (thats a person) from customer service sent out a replacement tube for free which arrived Fedex in 3 days. Quictent were polite and willing to listen. I am very impressed and will take a good look at the other products they offer for my future needs.

I bought one and we had a huge ice storm in Tennessee and this thing was the HULK. I recommend this bad boy to anyone that is doing outdoor storage. It had like 3" of ice on it before I removed the ice and it held up. I have a new 883 Ironhorse Harley underneath this Beast. BRAVO

These folks are professionals. Very thorough and helpful. I love my motorcycle cover and after a tropical storm passed my cover was shredded. I emailed r to hem and they confirmed the size and have been very attentive about sending me the tracking number and following up when it delivered. I was so very surprised and happy I was able to get a replacement cover. They answer emails within 24 hours, so be patient as we are all used to getting an immediate response. However, I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised how well they treat their customers and want to make sure you are happy with the product you buy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
