“Broken on arrival. I have previously bought the 8x8 with side walls multiple times and loved it saw this upgraded version and decided to give it a try right out of the packaging an arm was completely broken can’t even put it back together to get it back in the bag. Customer service was unavailable to chat so I had to send an email hoped it doesn’t take forever to get a response as I need the replacement immediately”
