“I originally ordered this tent from Amazon and it came damaged. Due to covid, the shipping was delayed and by the time it was received, i needed to use the tent, damaged or not. So i contacted quictents and let them know my issues. They agreed to replace the tent at no charge. I'm very pleased with the new tent and the exceptional customer service i received, especially during a pandemic.”
