“I purchased my gazebo two years ago and we are completely satisfied with it. Late last summer we had a very bad wind storm pass through our area and the top canopy cover was damaged. After contacting Quicktent we were assigned a mister Green to assist us in getting a replacement top. Green was more than helpful in this area; much so ,that all I basically had to do was provide him with my delivery address and method of payment. From there green arainged all other details and kept me advised until the product was delivered. Customer service for Quicktent is very fortunate to have Green on their staff. Once again, many thanks for your great help.”
