“I initially wrote the 1 star review below, however, I did want to write another review and provide a better rating given the fact that after I wrote the 1 star review Quictent did reach out to me and wanted to make it right. They sent me a brand new canopy (free of charge and free to ship to my home) - I put the canopy up last weekend and it's just fine. So while the product really didn't meet my expectations, from my experience if you reach out to Quictent directly they will make good on any damaged piece. The customer service I received was exceptional, they were empathetic that I had the experience I had and I had my brand new canopy w/in 2 weeks. Well done Quictent and thank you.”
