“I have ordered 2 of the 10x20 heavy duty carports, one in April 2020 and one in September 2020. They arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Everything was in the box and it was very easy to set up. After it was set up I was very pleased with the overall quality of the product! The only problem I’ve had out of the first carport is the the bungee cords becomes very brittle at 5-6 months and with just a little breeze they snap. Once this happened I contacted Quictents and they was very helpful, I told the employee what had happened and what was damaged and without hesitation they shipped out the parts that was damaged!! I love this Company! If your needing any kind of portable covers don’t hesitate to purchase one from Quictents! They are great.”

“Awesome canopy, higher quality than i expected. It got hit by Hurricane Eta with canopy attached, my mistake take the bungies off and slip the canopy off the frame or 70mph gust will bend some poles. The company sent me 3 replacement poles no charge. Go canopy good company, i am pleased with my purchase.”

“I couldn't ask for better customer service. I asked to replace a few legs because they got damaged. I sent an email describing the problem that I had and I got a prompt reply that I will be sent new parts. I recommend this company to everyone. They stand behind their products.”

“I bought a 10x20 quictent over a year ago to cover my boat. The cover was as advertised and held up well until a major wind storm in northern Maine. I reached out to Quictent to replace the 7 poles that were badly bent. Knowing it was past the warranty period (not that I would expect it to be warrantied due to the storm) I was prepared to pay for the poles. Much to my surprise, they were willing to replace the poles for only a small shipping charge ($15). Jasmine at Quictent was so helpful and got back to me right away, followed up, and quickly got the poles shipped to my house.”
