“I purchased this carport in summer of 2019. It's a great product and it has served me well. I park my car under it and it keeps the inside considerably cooler than if I park it outside. However due to the strong sun in Southern California the tarp got worn and tore from some recent winds. I contacted Quictnet customer service and they were quick to send me a replacement tarp free of charge. Thank you for the great customer service.”

“I needed a replacement tarp but could not find any parts listings. I sent an email and Jasmine replied within 24 hrs. She gave the info and sent a paypal link. I got the new one 6 days later. Thanks Jasmine.”

“i needed to replace 3 poles which was damaged by a storm an i contacted them for replacement parts, it was so easy, i did everything threw email, they wanted to know model an sent me a diagram for the poles i needed, next thing they were delivered, they stand by there product, any future purchase will be a no brainer, look around but make this your last stop here and buy, you wont be disapointed”

“I sent an email to have 6 base plates replaced on our carport and within 24 hours I got a response. Milka was so helpful and they are sending our replacement out. Thank you Milka for your help. Great company to do business with.”

“first off I want to add it is priced right. There more no instructions in the box also it has 4 black canvas pieces that i have no idea where they go.”

“After receiving my carport and initial setup, I found a few small holes in the tarp. After contacting customer service, they sent a new tarp out right away with no questions asked. Great customer service is very hard to find sometimes these days, but they went above and beyond and had my new tarp to me in less than a week after contacted. Overall the carport has stood up to some pretty good wind. It is very easy to put together and I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a semi permanent structure. Awesome company to deal with. Thanks again.”

“Great product and easy to assemble, well worth the investment. And this company has solid customer support. We lost a few parts after several installations, we contacted customer support, they got back to us immediately and provided part drawing to help with determining missing parts. We sent back our list of missing parts and they were delivered quickly. Very impressed and satisfied with our purchase. Would purchase from this company again.”

“on line shopping is already scary and we have to rely on reviews. All I can say is I am totally totally totally delighted with the product. Easy to assemble and good quality. I put roller castors (Harbor Freight) on mine so I can move off the boat easily. During a recent wind storm the cover can loose, not off, because some of the bungee straps broke. It was actually a good thing as they acted like a fuse, if they hadn't let go I might have to follow Dorothy to the land of Oz to find it. Nothing even broke apart from that. Amazingly they replaced all of them without question even though it was not technically a warranty issue. As for Green on the after sales service it is the best I have ever had without doubt. All I had to do was confirm the order number, after that is was straightforward. No hassles or trying to prove yourself as not negligent or the usual ways they try and wriggle out of warranty. If you need a portable garage get it from these guys..”
