“Milka was very helpful. I placed 2 orders and received them with no problem. There are a couple suggestions. It took several conversations to be offered a means of ordering. Suggest you have more complete inventory of interchangeable parts. I had to order current new parts to fit an older model canopy. The parts fit, just the color was off a bit. Not a big deal for the frame when you need to replace wind damaged parts. So, once I had the part number for the new model, I bought extra parts, but it would have helped to be able to see that the parts I needed were listed instead of having to measure mine and compare to the parts for the current model. The second suggestion would be to revise your means of ordering parts. I have never seen this method before, where I am told the price, then I purchase X number of some unspecified item, worth $10 per unit. Then that becomes my order for the parts. Would be better to see what I am ordering and the price at the time I am ordering it.”
