“I Ordered a 10 x 30 tent back in 2018. However i damaged a few parts this year. I contacted the company to order the broken parts because it was my fault. The company wasted no time responding and sending me the replacement parts for free. They went above and beyond. P.s the parts came in within a few days”

“We recently bought a 10x30 Tent--while assembling, my husband noticed that we were missing three of six side walls. I emailed the company, but honestly never expected what happened next! I received a reply right away from Green, asking for some additional information--within a day, they had packaged and sent out the three walls They supplied tracking information and followed up immediately to be sure that we received it--and all within plenty of time for the event we needed the tent for. I am extremely impressed with this customer service--if only every thing was this fast and efficient!! I will absolutely recommend them and order again, knowing how diligent they are to make sure that their customers are satisfied. Not something we see too often these days.”

“We needed several 10x30 tents for an outdoor event, and they were just what we needed. Setup is pretty straightforward. Clips that keep poles together make breakdown cumbersome but overall a solid tent. Milka with customer service quickly replaced several poles that were bent during the course of the event so that’s a major plus! We’ll definitely be using these again as needed.”

“We have been very pleased with our purchase, we use this quick tent alot in the summer, when we recently found two poles had been damaged, we contacted customer support to see if they could be replaced. Even with the terrible things going on right now, they were able to get us the replacements needed. Thank you to Cicely and the crew that assisted her in getting them to us. I would recommend this company and also this tent. We would not hesitate to purchase again.”

“I would definitely recommend this company. We purchased 3 of their party tents a year ago for my daughters wedding, for this October, we had set up one of the tents this summer just to see how long it would take us to set them up before the wedding all was well. We opened the other 2 boxes the week of the wedding..... one box was short several poles.... I called the company it was already closed for the day, so I sent an email, they responded first thing the next morning confirming which poles I needed and shipped them immediately to us... this was Wednesday, our daughter was getting married Saturday yes we were a little panicked, remember we had bought the tents one year ago, with out any trouble they had those poles to us Friday! Thank you so much.”

“My nephew purchased a 10 x30 quictent 3 years ago in which I acquired. It was missing a couple of part and I had no purchase order # .so through great customer service with green, we figured out what I needed. I was ready to purchase the parts but quictent sent me the parts free shipping absolutely free.I shop on line a lot and have never had this great of an experience with any company .quictent is by far highly recommend have no words for the quality and customer service of this company, thanks again quictent and green.
