“After owning our 10×20 quictent I was in need of a few parts. I contacted customer service and Green got back to me promptly. He was unable to find my account but emailed back and forth until we figured out exactly what tent I had. Once we figured that out he sent a diagram of parts, I told him what ones were needed and he sent me the parts immediately and arrived 3 days later at no charge.
