“I have had this pop up standing at my work site for better than 8 months. It held up to the rain, wind, and summer sun and did not fail. Developed a small tear in the top which traveled, so I contact ed customer service for a replacement top. I couldn't be happier, Milka made it so simple and was a great help, sent my new cover fed ex, up and running in no time. Thank you for a job well done!!!”

“When my pop up arrived it had a damaged bent leg. I contacted customer service and they quickly replaced the entire structure. The representative, Milka, was quick, courteous, and professional. I would deal with this company again just for the customer service alone. Having a quality product is a plus as well.”
