“Quictent is a great company w/ great products. We ordered and set up two 13'x20' carports for our soup kitchen which, unfortunately, were not staked down yet and damaged in an unexpected storm. Quictent replaced all the damaged parts and shipped them to us for free that week! They're a great company and a blessing to us for which we are most grateful. “This shipped very fast and no pieces were missing! It was pretty easy to put together. We had four people and banged it out in a couple hours- even with a few oops! LOL Nice quality product. Nothing to report weather-wise though. It rained so far but that was about it. We have it mounted to wooden base so this shouldn't go anywhere. It's meant for storage from my classic car...its 18.5 feet long so I can even open the car doors with this one!”

“I have bought a total of 5 carports from Quictent. The quality is excellent, as is the relative ease in putting them up. Although it is possible to assemble them by yourself - I have done 2 this way - it is tricky. Getting a friend to do it with you is the sensible way to proceed. But what has really made me a fan of Quictent is Cicely, at Customer Support. We have only communicated by email so I know nothing about her. But, she has offered extraordinary customer service. She responds within 24 hours with great politeness and sensitivity. She is clear, she is efficient, she is competent. I have no idea how big this company is or whether there are other customer support people. But Cicely has sold me on this company.”

“Great product for the price. had trouble with damaged parts after a storm, customer service took care of the issue quickly . I would gladly give 5 stars to not only the product but to customer service. If I need another carport I would buy another. Customer service was great.”
