“The metal parts are very solid, and have withstood 2 Buffalo, NY winters. The canvas ripped a bit the first few years, but Quictent customer support was great and they replaced the necessary parts free of charge under warranty (even included free shipping). The plates that secure the structure (I have it bolted to my driveway) do break from time to time (the spot welded tube breaks away from the bottom), but you can get a new set of 8 for $10 including shipping, so well worth the price. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would buy from them again.”
