“They're actually good at being both a walking boot and SPD shoe. They're sufficiently cushioned to be decent for walking in, although I don't know about all day; and stiff enough for mashing the pedals.
The tread feel like really durable rubber, so good & grippy.”
“They're great for commuting and off the bike as well. I really like how they look and the little details are very well made. I go for a size bigger with Quoc gravel shoes but these fit perfectly in my true size. Highly recommended.”
“What I really wanted was the Urbanite, but those are out of production. As I suspected, the Chelsea boots are a bit of a sloppy fit, with no way to adjust. (I do have very narrow feet). They are also, despite the fit, a bit of a struggle to get on and off, which will probably ease over time? I ended up getting a long old-person's shoe horn for putting them on and (especially) pushing them off again.”
